High-performance sealing components engineered for the most demanding industrial, sanitary, and chemical processing environments.

Sealing Component
Tri-Clamp / Sanitary Gasket
Rubber TC (Tri-Clamp) Gaskets, also known as Tri-Clover or sanitary gaskets, are specialized seals engineered for leak-proof pipe couplings in high-purity processing industries. They fit into the flanged grooves of sanitary fittings and are tightly compressed by a metal Tri-Clamp union - providing a reliable seal and ensuring leak-proof performance in high-pressure conditions. An essential component in oil & gas, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, their superior resistance to chemicals, temperature, and pressure makes them ideal for harsh environments.
Translucent or colored, highly flexible with a wide temperature threshold (−58°F to 446°F). Perfect for high-heat medical or food processing. May degrade under prolonged exposure to aggressive industrial caustics and strong acids.
Highly resilient against brewing sugars, hot water, steam, and CIP chemicals. Handles −30°F to 300°F. Must not be used with fats, petroleum-based oils, or gasoline.
Premium-grade elastomer for maximum chemical resistance. Withstands aggressive acids, petroleum products, and extreme temperatures up to 437°F. Popular for essential oil extraction and oil processing lines.
Economical option optimized for fatty dairy products, animal oils, and vegetable fats. Offers a lower temperature range and less flexibility than silicone.
Valve Sealing
An essential sealing component for butterfly valves. Made from high-quality rubber material with a thickness of 15 mm and rigid hardness ensuring a secure, tight seal. Its material properties provide resistance to wear, tear, temperature, and chemical corrosion - ensuring reliable and leak-free sealing for efficient and safe operations.
Water treatment, HVAC, municipal. −23°C to 120°C. Resists steam, alcohol, mild acids. Degrades with hydrocarbons.
Oils, hydraulic fluids, gases, petroleum media. Excellent tear and abrasion resistance. Degrades under UV/ozone.
High temp, volatile fuels, solvents, aggressive chemicals. Premium performance for demanding environments.
Food-grade, beverage, pharmaceutical. No taste/odor. Wide hot and cold temperature range.

Semi-Metallic Sealing
High-performance sealing for extreme pressures and temperatures
SPW Gaskets are the preferred sealing choice for flanged joints in critical process industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and refining. Invented over a century ago, they withstand extreme pressures, severe temperature fluctuations, and aggressive chemical environments through their unique layered composite construction.
V-shaped metal strip spirally wound with soft non-metallic filler. The V-profile acts like a spring providing mechanical resilience and dynamic recovery under pressure shifts or thermal cycling.
Solid outer metal boundary (typically carbon steel) that centers the gasket within the flange bolt circle and controls compression to prevent over-tightening.
Acts as a compression stop preventing the spiral windings from buckling into the pipe bore under heavy loads, shielding filler material from erosion or media contamination.

Semi-Metallic Sealing
Custom geometries for heat exchangers, boilers & process vessels
Traditional semi-metallic sealing components combining a soft, compressible interior filler wrapped in a thin outer metal shell. They provide highly economical blowout resistance and robust physical protection for custom geometries - the primary industry choice for heat exchangers, boilers, pumps, and specialized process vessels.
Lower temperature ranges requiring highly flexible deformation.
High corrosion barriers and thermal resistance.
Extreme chemical exposures and high-heat environments.
Standard for high-temperature and broad-pH industrial operations.
Extreme resistance to aggressive acids and ultra-pure processes.
Reserved for high-heat environments exceeding 500°C–550°C.
Pump & Valve Components
High-performance composite diaphragms for pumps and valves
By combining the structural flexibility of a rubber backing with the chemical inertness of a PTFE layer, these diaphragms offer an optimal balance between mechanical lifespan and fluid compatibility - used to regulate fluid flow and isolate working pressures within pumps and valves.

Because solid PTFE is rigid and prone to mechanical fatigue under rapid flexing, a dual-layer approach is utilized:
Virgin PTFE, Modified TFM, or structured PTFE. Completely non-reactive, slick (low friction), and prevents chemical corrosion. This side directly contacts the fluid medium.
Provides structural memory, elasticity, and mechanical strength for millions of pumping strokes. Options: EPDM (steam/sanitary), Nitrile (fuels/oils), Neoprene (industrial wear), Viton FKM (high-temp chemical).
Provide your application, fluid type, temperature, and pressure requirements - we'll recommend the exact sealing solution.
