Puncture-Proof Closed-Cell Polymer Technology

Conventional hollow metal floats suffer from a major vulnerability: if punctured by debris, weld corrosion, or mechanical shock, fluid enters the hollow cavity and the float sinks, immediately disabling the level measurement system. Foamed polypropylene solves this failure mode permanently.

Absolute Webtech manufactures solid, closed-cell Foamed Polypropylene (PP) floats. Because the buoyant cell structure is distributed throughout the entire solid body, even severe surface scratching, drilling, or gouging does not impair buoyancy or cause fluid absorption.

Combined with natural chemical resistance to aggressive inorganic acids, caustic sodium hydroxide, hydrocarbons, and wastewater contaminants, foamed PP floats offer decades of maintenance-free service in industrial processing tanks and petrochemical storage.
